Wedding contract
CONTRACT
Its understood that H. Gonzalez & Assc. Is the exclusive official wedding
photographer retained to perform the photographic services of this contract.
A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the date of the services and is due upon
signing of this contract. H. Gonzalez & Assc. will reserve the stated time and date and
will not schedule any other engagement on the stated date. Mr. Gonzalez will be the
principal photographer. A second payment of 1/2 of the total fee is due two weeks
before the wedding date. The balance is due before the proofs are delivered.
If there are any changes in the schedule of the wedding day, notify
H. Gonzalez & Assc. immediately. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of
the wedding, the deposits paid are not refundable. In case of a postponement, H.
Gonzalez & Assc. will honor the contract if the new date does not conflict with a
previously set contract.
H. Gonzalez & Assc. takes the utmost care with respect to the image capture,
processing and delivery of the photographs. However, in the event H. Gonzalez &
Assc. fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside
the control of H. Gonzalez & Assc. liability will be limited to a full refund of any
payments made.
All images are copyrighted and H. Gonzalez & Assc. reserves the right to use any
images and or reproductions for portfolio, publications or other purposes.
